Jeremiah Call
As the Operations Manager, Jeremiah brings nearly four years of hands-on experience in nursery operations. He began his career at Arid Solutions working in production, where he developed a strong foundation in plant cultivation and nursery workflow. Since then, he has led teams in maintenance, production, and propagation, ensuring consistent plant quality and efficient operations throughout the nursery.
Jeremiah holds a bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Natural Science and Geography, which supports his deep appreciation for plant systems and their relationship to the environment. He enjoys every stage of the growing process and draws inspiration from both the science and the beauty of the natural world.
Jeremiah grew up living in Mexico, Uruguay, and the United States. He considers himself blessed to have experienced different cultures from a young age. Outside of the nursery, he enjoys exploring caves, hiking mountains, and spending time immersed in nature.

Leo Romero
Leo is a key member of the team, bringing over a decade of hands-on experience in wholesale nursery operations, tree production, and landscape supply. He spent eight years with Mountain States Wholesale Nursery and three years with 100 Oaks Farm Wholesale Nursery, gaining deep, practical knowledge of plant production, inventory handling, and customer support.
In 2021, Leo founded Leo’s Tree Nursery and Landscape, further expanding his expertise as a grower and operator with a strong passion for cultivating healthy trees and plants. Having lived in Arizona since 2002, he has been immersed in the local nursery environment for most of his career.
Leo studied plant identification, greenhouse management, and pesticide safety at Mesa Community College in 2017, reinforcing his commitment to best practices and plant quality.
Outside of work, Leo enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, traveling, and creating lasting family memories.
General Manager
Parker Riley King
Parker is the General Manager, bringing a practical, hands-on approach to nursery operations and team leadership. With experience managing and operating nurseries in both wholesale and retail settings, Parker combines strong horticultural knowledge with operational and supply chain expertise to support efficient production, inventory planning, and consistent plant quality.
Originally from Alabama, he earned his bachelor’s degree in horticulture from Auburn University with a minor in supply chain management, allowing him to bridge plant science with scalable systems and day-to-day execution. Parker is deeply involved in the daily workflow, working alongside the team to build efficient processes, support people, and deliver reliable results for customers.
Outside of work, he enjoys disc golf, kicking around a hacky sack, and spending time with his corgi, Pepper.
